These General Terms of Use (from now on the Conditions of Use) have as their object to regulate access to content and services for unregistered users of the website owned by ELICCE located in the URL

Accessing this website and using the materials it contains implies that the user has read and accepts these conditions, without exception. In this regard, a Consumer is understood to be any person accessing, surfing or using any of the content and services offered on the Website. The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with the law and the provisions of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy posted on the Website. The user undertakes to abstain from any unlawful or contrary to these Terms of Use action.

Access to and use of certain components of the Content and Services may be subject to certain Contract Conditions, which will substitute, complete and / or modify the present Terms of Use. In case of conflict, General Condition’s contradictory terms shall prevail on top of the stipulated present terms of Terms of Use.

ELICCE reserves the right to modify any presentation, configuration or contents of the Website and any of its services and conditions required for access, use and / or services offered. Access and use of modified content or services, implies user’s agreement with the changes.


The prices displayed on the Website are in euros and include French VAT. They don’t include shipping cost.

All purchases are billed in euros and include VAT.

Safety for credit card payments

For payment by Visa and Mastercard transactions only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the purchase will be charged on the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.


Your order will be delivered by Chronopost or Colissimo. The delivery cost will be specified in your order according to the weight, volume and destination of your order. Delivery costs are free from € 70 orders.

We only deliver in Europe countries and DOMTOM.

The goods ordered are normally delivered to the delivery address you provide by our contracted delivery service within 5-7 working days after the working day following your order except for DOMTOM.
Until the purchase price is paid in its entirety, the goods remain our property.

The delivery cost is automatically calculated when proceeding the order according to the destination specified of your order.

  • Delivery in Europe : 6,00 €
  • Delivery for Polynesia and New Caledonia : 14 €
  • Delivery for other destinations of DOMTOM : 10,55 €


Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you the payment of the goods you have bought in our e-shop, without undue delay. Delivery costs will not be reimbursed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Conditions of acceptance returned items

To return a product, the client will have to inform Elicce by e-mail no later than two weeks after their receipt. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this deadline.

Items should be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
When provided, any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags should be included with your return.

Please note that items that have been specifically manufactured to order on behalf of a client cannot be exchanged or returned.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged or returned if unworn.


Online reimbursement for returns are possible, within 30 days at the latest after the purchase of the item.


If you receive a faulty good, you may at your option demand that the contract be revoked or - if the goods are still deliverable - that they be replaced with the same type of good without any defects.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one year of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Any conflict, dispute or situation deriving from these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the Courts of the City of Paris with express waiver by the parties of their jurisdiction.
